Process After Inquiry
Step 1 — Consultation (24 hours). Share your brief: uniform type, pieces per design, target timeline, and visual references if available. We respond with fabric options, printing techniques, and price estimate.
Step 2 — Sample (5-7 days). After brief approval, we produce physical samples. Sample charge is refundable upon order. You can inspect fabric, stitching, and embroidery/print precision directly.
Step 3 — Production (7-14 days). After sample approval and 50% deposit, production begins. We provide weekly progress updates. Strict QC before dispatch.
Step 4 — Delivery. Free pickup and delivery within Bali. Outside Bali via courier with shipping at customer cost. Full payment before dispatch.

What is the minimum MOQ?
From 24 pcs per design for standard uniforms, 15 pcs for sublimation jerseys. Below MOQ, contact WhatsApp to discuss custom arrangements.
Are prices listed on the website?
No. Pricing depends on fabric, quantity, design complexity, and deadline. Each project has different estimates — that is why we start with inquiry.
Can you ship outside Bali?
Yes. We regularly ship to Jakarta, Surabaya, Lombok, and other cities via courier (JNE, J&T, cargo). Shipping at customer cost.
Can you do rush orders for last-minute events?
Yes, with price adjustment. Express lead time can be 5-7 days (from standard 7-14 days). Discuss feasibility via WhatsApp.
